When involved in factory maintenance or plant installation it is often difficult to be absolutely certain which size of fittings will be required.
Pipe fittings provide a cost effective solution to this problem.
The full range includes straight, L-shaped, T-shaped and cross piece male or female couplings and are available in a variety of thread sizes up to 3/4”.
The addition of the Camozzi Sprint® seal to twelve different models of pipe fittings eliminates the need to use liquid sealants or tape and save a considerable amount of time during installation.
The Sprint® fitting can be connected and disconnected several times.

Camozzi’s all metal fittings are 100% electrolytic nickel-plated brass.
Full ID tube flow is always maintained for maximum Cv ratings and quick cycle times.
“Push-in” and lock the tube quickly and effortlessly.
Fittings also available in coated thread sealant, Loctite Vibra-Seal 516 (use “C” prefix in part code, see tables for available models).
Connection and disconnection of the tube can be repeated several times and can be performed using one hand and without the use of tools.

Series H8000 fittings are designed to be used in particularly dirty and dusty working environments.
The patented system with double tightening on the tube guarantees a highly reliable connection and avoids any risk of leakage.
The special shape of the collar prevents the entry of impurities inside the fitting, guaranteeing performance over time, retention of the tube and easy connection and release.
Series H8000 fittings have a brass body, FKM seals for high temperatures (EPDM and NBR seals are also available) and can be used with pressures between -0.9 and 60 bar.
Non rotating spring plungers Series NPM – NPR
These spring plungers are used in situations where significant height differences of the workpiece have to be compensated for.
Thread size M3, M5, G1/8, G1/4, plunger stroke length from 5 to 75 mm.

The spring provides furthermore a gentle approach towards the workpiece without further complex controls in fully automated system, which is important when handling sensitive workpieces.

- Handling of parts with different heights (for example curved metal sheets)
- Handling of a very fragile parts (for example glass sheets), or parts with a delicate surface
Open Frame proportional controller Series OF
Modular system for proportional control of pressure, flow and position.
The Open Frame Controller can be easily configured to meet specific application needs, to provide the most efficient, turnkey solutions, this reducing assembly times and system complexity.
The different Head and Expansion modules can be combined and driven through simple serial communications, making the control of complex applications easier.
Typical applications could include the mixing of different gases, piloting different pressures in different parts of the machine.The new “Open Frame Controller” system is a platform for providing closed loop control of flow, pressure and position and is suitable for Industry 4.0 applications.
The system is composed of two base modules: Head and Expansion.

OX1 fittings are designed for the Life Science market, particularly for medical and analytical applications.
Equipment manufacturers of Ventilators, Anaesthesia devices, Oxygen Concentrators, Mass Spectrometry or Bio Medical analysers have qualified the Series OX1 fittings for many years.
- OX1 Products Cleanliness level: Non volatile residue equal to or less than 550 mg/m2.
- Level OX1: ultrasonic cleaning of components, inspection with UV black light, lubrication with a specific grease suitable to be used with oxygen.
- Serie 6000 OX1 push in fittings: Series 6000 OX1 super-rapid fittings have been designed with a special collet which provides an homogeneous tight on the whole surface of plastic tubes, thus ensuring high reliability and a long service life, also after connections and disconnections of the tube are repeated several times.
- Series VNR OX1 unidirectional valves: They are available with Integrated Push-in Fittings. Thanks to their construction they operate at low pressure.
- Series 2000 OX1 brass pipe fittings: The wide range of Camozzi pipe fittings, which includes straight, L and Tee, male or female couplings, guarantees the necessary support during the design of medical and analytical systems.

Thanks to the use of a high performing and precise force transmission system, the Series CGPT grippers are able to provide high gripping forces while guaranteeing a very high repeatability.
The wide range of sizes available allows you to find the best solution for any need of movement. The grippers are supplied with centering bushes (tolerance H8) which, once positioned on the body and/or on the jaws, are able to guarantee, during maintenance, a high interchangeability of the gripper and of the extensions.
Planetary gearboxes Series GB

The Series GB planetary gearboxes, by means of a planetary gear system, enable the reduction of the angular speed and the increase of transmittable torque. These gearboxes can be used with the Series 5E and 5V electromechanical axes and with the Series 6E electromechanical cylinders.
Available in 4 sizes with 4 different reduction ratios, the Series GB planetary gearboxes can be supplied in two different configurations, in-line or orthogonal.
All gearboxes are equipped with interface flanges for the connection to the Camozzi Series MTB and Series MTS motors.
