Ejectors

Basic ejectors Series VEB

Basic ejectors with no moving parts, based on the Venturi principle. Version "L" for porosive workpieces. Version "H" for high vacuum value.
Series VEB basic ejectors are universal ejectors suitable for several industrial applications. They are available in two versions:
  1. Version "L" for porosive workpieces
  2. Version "H" for high vacuum value (85%)
Applications:
  • Industrial robotics in most sectors.
  • Wood industry.
  • Packaging industry.
  • Food industry.

Basic ejectors Series VEBL

Basic ejectors in technopolymer without moving parts, based on the Venturi principle. Different sizes available, with internal nozzle from 0,5 to 2,5 mm and with suction rate from 8 to 207 l/min.
Series VEBL basic ejectors are universal ejectors made in technopolymer suitable for several industrial applications such as:
  • Industrial robotics in most sectors
  • Wood industry
  • Packaging industry
  • Food industry

Compact ejectors Series VEC

Vacuum generators with integrated valves and monitoring system. Possibility to command suction and blow-off individually without using external valves.
Vacuum generators with integrated suction and blow-off valves, as well as a monitoring system (vacuum switch). Series VEC compact ejectors allow to control suction and blow-off individually without using external valves.Versions with integrated air saving functions are available on request. These ejectors are particularly suitable for usein automatic handling systems.

Compact ejectors Series VEM

Miniaturized vacuum generators with integrated valves and monitoring system. Possibility to command suction and blow-off individually without using external valves.
One of the most important features of Series VEM compact ejector is the extreme compactness. This compactness and low weight makes them suitable for "dynamic" applications such as robots, when assembled directly on the part in motion (gripper head etc.) The Compact ejector Series VEM have integrated suction-and blow off individually without using external valves. With these it is therefore possible to command suction and blow-off individually without using external valves. The compact ejectors Series VEM are often used in completely automatic handling systems.

Compact ejectors Series VEN

Compact vacuum generators with a high suction capacity and reduced air consumption. Nozzle diameter: 2,0 - 2,5 mm.
Series VEN compact ejectors are available in two sizes (20 and 25) with I/O-Link communication and air saving circuit (I). This series is suitable for handling smooth, non porous or slightly porous items in vacuum applications with very swift pick & place operations. These devices are frequently used in automated pick & place systems in processing metal sheets, in the automotive industry, in packaging machines and robotics.

Compact ejectors Series VEQ

Ultra-compact vacuum generators with a high suction capacity with containted dimensions. Nozzle diameter: 0,5 - 0,7 - 1,0 mm.
Series VEQ compact ejectors are available in three versions: with control solenoid valves without air saving circuit (B), with digital inputs and air saving circuit (S) and with I/O-Link communication and air saving circuit (I). Extreme compactness and reduced weight make this series the perfect solution for handling smooth, non porous items in dynamic pick & place applications with short cycle times. These devices are frequently used in automated systems like robots and gantry systems, for the handling of glass panes, plastic items, displays, printed circuit boards and electronic components or batteries.

Compact ejectors Series VES

Compact vacuum generators with a high suction speed and reduced air consumption. Nozzle diameter: 1,0 - 1,5 mm.
Series VES compact ejectors are available in three versions: with control solenoid valves without air saving circuit (B), with digital inputs and air saving circuit (S) and with I/O-Link communication and air saving circuit (I). Reduced weight and dimensions make this series the perfect solution for handling small, smooth and non porous or slightly porous items in dynamic applications. These devices are frequently used in automated systems with high cycle rates like, for example, industrial robots and gantry systems.

Inline ejectors Series VED

Vacuum ejectors without moving parts, based on the Venturi principle, used for direct installation on suction pads.
These ejectors are used for direct installation inline between the suction pad compressed air supply. This substantially reduces the volume to be evacuated and allows therefore shorter cycle times.

Inline ejectors Series VEDL

Vacuum compact ejectors in technopolymer without moving parts, based on the Venturi principle, used for direct installation on suction pads. Available in two sizes with internal nozzle of 0,5 and 0,7 mm and with suction rate from 8 to 16 l/min.
Generally, these vacuum compact ejectors are used for direct installation inline between the suction pad and compressed air supply. This substantially reduces the volume to be evacuated and allows therefore shorter cycle times.
