Cylinders with integrated guide Series QC
Double-acting, magnetic piston, guided

These actuators, suitable for use in very limited space, are available in two versions.
- QCT version: with sintered bronze bushes, suitable when the side loads applied to the cylinder are high.
- QCB version: with linear ball bearings, suitable for high precision and fast cycling applications.
Cylinders with integrated guide Series QCTF – QCBF
Double-acting, magnetic, with double bearings and flanges

These cylinders have been designed to be used in applications where space is limited.
Regarding the bearings, the Slide Units are available in two versions, one with double sintered bronze bushes (Mod. QCTF) and the other with double linear ball bearings (Mod. QCBF).
The QCTF version would normally be selected when the side loads applied to the slide unit are high. Mod. QCBF is suitable for fast cycles (less side load) and higher precision.
The end cushioning is available in three different variants:
- Fixed mechanical cushion (standard);
- With two shock absorbers located on the body;
- With one shock absorber located central on the rear flange.
Pneumatic mini slides Series MSN
Size: 6, 10, 16, 20
The mini slides Series MSN are an optimum solution for quick and accurate movements, especially suitable for the pick & place and inserting applications common in the assembly and secondary packaging sector.
This series is available in 4 sizes, composed of a combination of a pneumatic cylinder and a precision ball bearing guide and is ideal for applications requiring a high movement frequency.
Equipped with an internal magnet, proximity switches can be integrated to enable position monitoring.
Their compact and light design makes the mini slides Series MSN ideal to be used in narrow spaces and in industrial applications that require high flexibility in the movement of loads.
Pneumatic mini slides Series MST

The pneumatic slides Series MST are the ideal solution for applications that require high strength and accurate positioning.
The combination of a pneumatic cylinder with double piston and a precision roller guide enables a highly accurate positioning, reducing positioning errors to a minimum while enhancing the overall efficiency of the system.
Series MST is available in different sizes and strokes and is adjustable using special accessories that increase the adaptability and versatility of the product. Equipped with an internal magnet, proximity switches can be integrated for position monitoring.

Series QX actuators offer a wide range of solutions covering a great number of applications which require a guided linear movement.
The design of the double piston, besides assuring a solid and effective guide, offers double force in compact dimensions.
Where a high force with precise movement is required, along with a non-rotation function and integrated guide, the QX cylinders are the ideal solution.
The range includes two guide versions with sintered bronze bushes or with linear ball bearings.
