Shut-off Valves Enable in-line opening and closing of a pneumatic circuit. Rotation of the handle to open or shut compressed air for the pneumatic devices.

Hydrochecks Series 43

Bore ø 40 mm Regulated thrust or return stroke Skip-Stop function
Series 43 hydrocheck units are available with two different types of control: regulated outward movement and fast return; or fast outward movement and regulated return. These hydrochecks come complete with an oil surge tank which ensures automatic equalisation. Speed variation is obtained by means of an incorporated flow regulator designed to allow comprehensive and constant use.Upon request, they can be supplied with an incorporated stop valve or an acceleration valve or both. To restore oil when the minimum level in the surge tank is reached, use the following oil and pump Mod. 43N-PMP: hydraulic oil, class H, ISO symbol HG 46, viscosity 4.5 E. at 40°C.

Application area

Sensor-to-cloud applications such as remote monitoring and inventory monitoring. For plug-and-play use in mobile routers or the PLICSMOBILE from VEGA.

Your benefit

  • High flexibility through wireless data transmission
  • Cost savings through remote analysis of processes
  • Increased plant availability through remote diagnosis of the device technology

Indirect acting solenoid valves Series K8B

2/2-way - Normally Closed (NC) and Normally Open (NO) 3/2-way - Normally Closed (NC) and Normally Open (NO)
Series K8B pilot operated solenoid valves represent the evolution of Series K8 which has been equipped with a flow amplifier. Their particular design makes these valves ideal for use in applications requiring very compact solutions and high flow. Thanks to their low power consumption and light weight Series K8B solenoid valves are particularly suitable for use with portable equipment too.

Inline ejectors Series VED

Vacuum ejectors without moving parts, based on the Venturi principle, used for direct installation on suction pads.
These ejectors are used for direct installation inline between the suction pad compressed air supply. This substantially reduces the volume to be evacuated and allows therefore shorter cycle times.

Inline ejectors Series VEDL

Vacuum compact ejectors in technopolymer without moving parts, based on the Venturi principle, used for direct installation on suction pads. Available in two sizes with internal nozzle of 0,5 and 0,7 mm and with suction rate from 8 to 16 l/min.
Generally, these vacuum compact ejectors are used for direct installation inline between the suction pad and compressed air supply. This substantially reduces the volume to be evacuated and allows therefore shorter cycle times.

Inline vacuum filters Series FVD

For use in vacuum systems with minor to medium levels of dirt. Direct mounting on the suction pad.
These filters can be mounted directly on the suction pad. The filter element can be easily substituted and its conditions can be checked thanks to its transparent wrapping.

Integrated field-oriented control drive Series DRVI

For stepper and brushless DC, Nema 23 and Nema 24 motors
The Series DRVI integrated motor drive is designed to control various types of motors, both stepper and brushless, using a closedloop control (FOC) algorithm. This algorithm, also known as vector control (FOC), offers better performance than traditional stepper motor control systems, which allows the stepper motor to operate over the entire speed range, ensuring fast acceleration and deceleration, assuring more accurate motion control with no loss of steps. It is also more energy efficient than traditional control methods, as it uses precise rotor position feedback and controls the phase current, optimising motor operation. Its compact design and integration with the main communication protocols make the Series DRVI the ideal solution for various industrial applications that require accurate control and fast response to load variations.

JUMO dTRANS T1000

The temperature sensor is equipped with an IO-Link interface that supports bidirectional communication (e.g. to exchange the process data, parameters, diagnostic information, and status messages) – ideal for connecting to automation systems in plant and mechanical engineering.

Lockable isolation 3/2-way valves Series MC

Electropneumatic, pneumatic and manual version Ports G1/4, G3/8 and G1/2 Modular
The 3-way lockable isolation valves are available in the electropneumatic, pneumatic and manual version and are designed to block the air inlet of the FRL group and so pressurise and depressurise the equipment. Positioning of these valves is often before the FRL unit. The lockable isolation valves are available with ports G1/4, G3/8 and G1/2 and can be panel mounted.

Lockable isolation 3/2-way valves Series MD

Ports with interchangeable cartridges: threaded (1/8, 1/4, 3/8) or integrated with super-rapid fitting for tube with Ø 6, 8 and 10 mm Modular Manual, electro-pneumatic, servo-pilot and pneumatic control
The Series MD offers multi-sector solutions that ensure saving in terms of installation time, space and costs. Series MD lockable isolation valves allow the inlet and exhaust of compressed air from the plant and can meet several application requirements. The electric version can be equipped with different options of manual override (Push & Turn, Push-in, retaining lever). Moreover, a version without override is also available. The manually operated valve can be locked thanks to the use of padlocks.
