Series CFB Stainless Steel direct acting solenoid valves for general purpose, 2/2-way and 3/2-way NC, are the ideal solution for a wide range of applications whereby the environment and fluids used can be particularly aggressive and contaminating.
Special versions are available on demand.
The valve function is determined by a poppet and the operation is direct.
Different versions are available according to the nominal diameter and to the threaded ports, as shown in the following tables.
They can thus satisfy various requirements in terms of flow rates and working pressures.
Stopper cylinders Series ST
Single and double-acting, magnetic, non-rotating
Sizes 20, 32, 40, 50 mm
The Series ST Stopper cylinders are pneumatic actuators with rod, complying with UNITOP and ISO 21287 standards, where rod and bushing have been specifically enlarged to ensure high resistance to radial loads and shocks.
These cylinders are available in two versions, double-acting and single-acting, and with rear spring.
The non-rotating rod version is also available.
The detection of the piston position is enabled by means of proximity switches (Mod. CST or CSH) which are mounted in slots along three sides of the cylinder profile.
It is possible to cover the slots with a proper profile (Mod. S-CST-500).
The high resistance to shocks and radial loads and the easy mounting makes Series ST particularly suitable for use in transport/conveyor lines where it is required to stop the transit of workpieces and workpiece-holder pallets.
Sub-D adaptor module 25 pin Mod. CXA-25P
It is an Expansion module of the serial subnet that can be made through a CX3 multi-serial module and can be connected to all valve islands with Sub-D 25 pin connection. It can manage up to a maximum of 24 Output. It has its own M12 A 4 pin male connection for the supply of the valves connected, distinguishing both logic supply and power supply and two M12 D 4 pin female connections for the Bus-IN and Bus-OUT of the subnet. The subnet can have a maximum length of maximum 100 metres. The power of a single Output is 3 W to 24 V DC. Thanks to the PWM technique it is possible to set a power reduction to only maintain operation.

Super-rapid Compact fittings in technopolymer Series 7000

Series 7000 super-rapid fittings are realized in technopolymer.
Compact and lightweight, they are suitable for applications where weight can be a key factor.
The special collet, which has been designed properly for this series, provides an homogeneous tight on the whole surface of plastic tubes, thus ensuring high reliability and long service life, also after connections and disconnections of the tube are repeated several times.
The wide range of these fittings includes the LF version (“Stop Fitting”) which is equipped with a self-retaining device interrupting the air flow when the tube is disconnected and restores it when reconnected.
Super-rapid fittings in stainless steel 316L Series X6000

Series X6000 fittings have been designed to offer versatility and ease of installation without any compromise in quality or performance. They are suitable for applications in the pneumatics, fluids, chemical, medical, food and packaging industries.
Series X6000 fittings are practical and safe and allow the connection of fluids even in aggressive environments.
The collet ensures excellent grip between the fitting and tubing.

The take-off block can be positioned as desired among the other blocks of the air treatment unit and allows to draw in air from different sides.
The intermediate cartridge, that can also be supplied with a non-return valve, enables to draw in a reduced quantity of air. The take-off block enables to connect two air treatment units that can be mounted on both sides of the block.

The Take-off blocks, when equipped with a no return valve, can be used to bleed non lubricated air.
The Series MX has been realized to offer a multi-sector solution that guarantees saving in terms of installation time, space and costs.
A special configurator, available on Camozzi website at http://shop.camozzi.com (sec. Configurators), allows the customer to choose the most suitable solution for his application, selecting single components or by configuring assembled FRLs.

Camozzi offers a range of tubes and spirals with specific features which are suitable for several technical requirements.
Thanks to high-quality raw materials and with a low specific weight, these products are very small and lightweight. They also show high resistance against stress and flexural vibrations.
The high specularity of internal surfaces for the fluid passage (roughness of about 6 micron) allows to reduce the loosening of loads and to reach very high flows with same diameters.
Technopolymers used are particularly resistant to aging, thus ensuring the product a very long life.
Twin cylinders Series QX

Series QX actuators offer a wide range of solutions covering a great number of applications which require a guided linear movement.
The design of the double piston, besides assuring a solid and effective guide, offers double force in compact dimensions.
Where a high force with precise movement is required, along with a non-rotation function and integrated guide, the QX cylinders are the ideal solution.
The range includes two guide versions with sintered bronze bushes or with linear ball bearings.
