Series CGAN angular grippers are available in 5 different sizes.
Thanks to an opening angle of between -10° and 30°, the Series CGAN angular grippers guarantee a fast and efficient grip even in reduced workspaces.
Its compact design and the materials used, make this gripper particularly suitable for all those applications requiring high precision and position repeatability such as Transferring, Pick & Place or Pick & Hold.Fixing points on three different sides of the gripper body and its easy mounting by means of an optional adaptor, guarantee highly flexible installation, even in industrial sectors that demand high levels of production efficiency such as the assembly, packaging and Food & Beverage sectors.
Anti-rotation guide units Series 45
Suitable for cylinders:
- DIN/ISO 6432 (Ø 12, 16, 20, 25 mm)
- ISO 15552, previous DIN/ISO 6431 (Ø 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100 mm)
Series 45 guide units can be used with all DIN/ISO 6432 cylinders of Ø 12 ÷ Ø 25 and ISO 15552, previous DIN/ISO 6431, cylinders of Ø 32 ÷ Ø 100.
They have been developed in order to prevent piston rod rotation and can support possible radial loads.
Series 45 guide units are available in three different models depending on the applicable loads.
The UT and HT guides with crawling supports are self lubricating, while HB guides have a ball bush.
To ensure the right choice of the loads in relation to the stroke, please refer to the graphs.
The shorter the stroke the higher will be the applicable loads.
Assembled FRL Series MC
Ports G1/4, G3/8 and G1/2
The FRL Series MC in the assembled version can be easily assembled by means of modular tie rods on which it is possible to mount the single elements without any limits in the composition.
The FRL groups Series MC are available already mounted (with a single code).The connections can be made directly on the elements or on the terminal flanges (Kit A) with the advantage that in case of maintenance the group can be extracted without disconnecting the tubing.
The version with flanges is supplied without tie-rods.
Assembled FRL Series MD
Ports with interchangeable cartridges: threaded (1/8, 1/4, 3/8) or integrated with super-rapid fitting for tube with Ø 6, 8 and 10 mm
Modular assembly
The Series MD offers multi-sector solutions that ensure saving in terms of installation time, space and costs.
The various functions can be connected by means of intermediate junctioning cartridges.
The regulator and the valves can be adjusted so as to have the regulation devices or the actuation in front or lower position.
There are different types of wall mounting available.Thanks to the solution adopted for the pneumatic connection, it is possible to equip the same element with interchangeable cartridges that can either be threaded, or with an integrated super-rapid fitting, both types available in different sizes. Intermediate cartridges can be also integrated to join multiple functions or with derivation to draw air.
Assembled FRL Series MX

Assembly through rapid clamps
Series MX FRL can be easily assembled through rapid clamps which allow the connection among single components creating an unlimited number of compositions.
The FRL groups Series MX are also available in the already mounted version (with a single code).
The use of three different types of rapid clamps (standard, with wall fixing screws or with brackets) allows an easy mounting of the assembled groups and to carry out maintenance operations on the single components with no need to disassemble the group.
Basic ejectors Series VEB
Basic ejectors with no moving parts, based on the Venturi principle.

Basic ejectors Series VEBL
Basic ejectors in technopolymer without moving parts, based on the Venturi principle.
Different sizes available, with internal nozzle from 0,5 to 2,5 mm and with suction rate from 8 to 207 l/min.

Basic logic valves Series 2L

Series 2L basic logic functions are available in 5 different models and can be mounted separately by means of 2 passing holes in the body.
Bracket Mod. 2LQ-8A allows to have the inlets and outlets on the front side, facilitating the mounting of the connection tubes.
All models are constructed with the pressure window incorporated, which allows an easy detection of any problems. Moreover the fittings are incorporated into the valve body and are super-rapid Ø4.
The "NOT" element has an actuating pressure of 0,3 bar.
Bellows suction pads (oval) for Packaging – 1,5 folds Series VPOL
Suction pads in Elastodur ED-65 or Silicone.
Dimensions from 60x20 to 100x40 mm with thread size G1/8 and G1/4, both male and female.
Series VPOL suction pads consist of a nipple and rubber part which are delivered assembled.
Both components can be ordered separately as spare parts.
These suction pads are very suitable for the handling of packagings like rigid cardboard boxes or trays.
Common applications are:
- Palletising and de-palletising processes.
- Heavy-duty applications in terms of hold and wear.
- Loading from the top and from the side in cartoning machines.
Bellows suction pads (round) – 1,5 folds Series VTCL
Series VTCL bellows suction pads available in NBR or Silicone which allow an optimal damping when placed on the workpiece. Diameters from 4 to 53 mm with thread size M3, M5, G1/8, G1/4, both male and female.
Series VTCL bellows suction pads (1,5 folds) have a rugged design and consist of a nipple and rubber part.
The nipples are inserted directly into the rubber part.
The rubber parts can also be ordered separately without nipples as spare parts.
