Series VEN compact ejectors are available in two sizes (20 and 25) with I/O-Link communication and air saving circuit (I).
This series is suitable for handling smooth, non porous or slightly porous items in vacuum applications with very swift pick & place operations.
These devices are frequently used in automated pick & place systems in processing metal sheets, in the automotive industry, in packaging machines and robotics.

Series VEQ compact ejectors are available in three versions: with control solenoid valves without air saving circuit (B), with digital inputs and air saving circuit (S) and with I/O-Link communication and air saving circuit (I).

Compact electromechanical cylinders Series 3E

Series 3E cylinders are electric rod actuators that combine a screw and motor to generate accurate linear motion. These are an alternative to pneumatic cylinders but possessing all the benefits of electric actuators in terms of speed, ease of parameter setting and flexibility in handling different load sizes and formats. Compact electronic pressure switches / vacuum switches Series SWMN and SWMS

Measuring range: 0 ÷ -1 bar, 0 ÷ 1 bar with analog output,
0 ÷ -1 bar, 0 ÷ 6 bar with digital PNP output
The Series SWMN and SWMS vacuum/ pressure switches can be installed directly at the measuring point or pressure/ vacuum determination point in handling systems, thanks to its highly compact dimensions.
Its reduced weight (only 50 grams with a 2 meter cable) and robust construction allow its installation on applications with high accelerations.
The four types of connection enable a high flexibility and an easy installation inside machines or pneumatic cabinets.

Series 14 single-acting compact mini-cylinders have been designed for installation in very small spaces. The design allows the cylinders to be inserted into threaded blocks incorporated in the machine.
All the minicylinders are supplied with a super-rapid fitting incorporated in a tube ø 4 or with a M5 thread. They are available in two versions with either a threaded or a non threaded piston rod.
Compact parallel grippers with T-guide Series CGSP

Series CGSP grippers, available in 4 sizes (20, 25, 32 and 40) are parallel and double acting, self-centering and guided by means of a T-shaped sliding guide. Thanks to the materials and surface coating used, the gripper offers a high reliability. Moreover, the internal force transmission system is protected against the entrance of impurities by means of a steel cover so the gripper can also be used in dusty environments.
Extreme compact dimensions, a light design and high positioning repeatability make this series of grippers particularly suitable for handling small items, even if high operating frequencies are required.
Typical applications are pick & place, insertion, machine tending in the electronic components assembly sector, cosmetics & medical industry or in food packaging.
Cylinders aluminium profile Series 41K
Double-acting, cushioned, magnetic Ø 160 - 200 mm
Series 41K cylinder comply with the ISO 15552 standard and can be assembled with the entire range of standard accessories.
The mounting brackets used on the end-blocks tube are designed in an extremely secure way, making use of cylinder tie-rods positioned internally and not visible on the assembled cylinder.
This cylinder series is normally equipped with adjustable endstroke cushioning by means of a screw positioned on the end-block.

Series 61 cylinders comply with the ISO 15552 standards and can be assembled with the entire range of standard accessories.
A permanent magnet, mounted on the piston in these cylinders, enables information to be received regarding the piston position by means of proximity switches mounted in grooves along the cylinder profile.
These grooves can be covered with a slot cover profile.This cylinder series is equipped with adjustable end-stroke cushioning.
Moreover, they are equipped with a mechanical cushioning in order to reduce the impact of the piston as it reaches the end of the stroke.
Cylinders ISO 15552 Series 63
Single and double-acting, magnetic, cushioned

The Series 63 pneumatic cylinders have been developed to guarantee high performance and versatility.
Thanks to a new system of adjustable pneumatic cushioning, the cylinders can always guarantee the best regulation whilst significantly reducing noise caused by the impact of the piston on the end block.Besides the standard version, which can be used in many sectors, specific solutions have been developed for applications such as food processing, agriculture, in tensioning, dosing systems and dancer arms for winding applications.
There are also versions for demanding application environments, capable of withstanding extreme temperatures, corrosive atmospheres etc.
