3/2-way quick exhaust safety valves Series MD SAFEMAX
Series MD SAFEMAX solenoid valves are equipped with an integrated sensor that detects the position of the spool and enables to quickly exhaust the system in case of emergency.
The sensor is in ON status (LED switched on, electric contact closed) when the valve is in rest position (NC).
The single channel valve is classified in category 2 and can reach Performance level D.
The double channel valve is classified in category 4 and can reach Performance level E.
The user is responsible to perform the installation in compliance with the requirements of the ISO EN 13849-1 standard.
Please note: the safety valve is not sufficient, alone, to guarantee the safety function. Its setup requires the use of a monitoring device.

3/2-way quick exhaust safety valves with soft start valve Series MX SAFEMAX
Ports: G1/2
In this configuration, in addition to the characteristics of the versions with solenoid valves only, the soft start function has been integrated, which allows a gradual introduction of pressure into the system.
Its positioning upstream of the solenoid valves allows, even in the event of an anomaly, to always have the maximum discharge flow rate. Thanks to the internal construction solutions it was possible to maintain the design and dimensions of the standard product, no further interface plates are necessary.
Please note: the safety valve alone is not sufficient to guarantee the safety function. Its activation requires the use of a supervisor device.

Within a battery of filters the activated carbon version is placed at the end because it requires a pre-filtering like the coalescing filter.
Given the characteristic of this filter, it is recommended to replace the filter element at least every 6 months or 1000 working hours.The operating principle is based on the adsorption characteristic of the filtering element which is composed of extremely porous fibers placed on different layers.
These fibers create a cross-linked and are thus able to adsorb wet parts and contaminants remaining in the passing air, for example oil vapours/smokes, as well as odours generated from these contaminants.

Series 9000 fittings have been designed to connect tubing according to DIN 74324 or ISO 7628 in the pneumatic brake systems of commercial vehicles. They offer excellent reliability and ease of assembly. The range includes a very compact release tool for disconnecting tubes from the fittings.
The tube interface is shielded by a rubber cap for protecting the internal parts against dirt and water ingress. The integrity level of the interface concept, even during disassembling, is outstanding.
The Series 9000 offers a smart portfolio of different types of connectors. Depending on the demands of our customers, we are also ready to provide customized solutions.
Series 9000 fittings are TÜV certified and produced according to IATF 16949:2016 standards.

To select the most suitable pressure gauge, the measurement range should be chosen considering the type of application according to the following criteria:
- Constant pressure or pressure with slow fluctuations should be within 75% of the maximun scale value.
- Pulsing pressure or rapid fluctuations should be within 65% of the maximum scale value.
- Pressure peaks should never exceed the maximum scale value.

The Series ASP angle seat valves are an efficient and cost-effective solution for fluid control. Their robustness is suitable for the most varied applications with inert gases and liquids, with steam or with fluids having solid particulates in suspension. Available with 3/8" to 2-1/2" threaded connections.
The operation is determined by the pneumatic drive of a single acting, guided piston actuator with spring return.
There are also models available with double acting actuators, without spring.
For liquid media we recommend the models with flow direction under the seat.
For gas or steam we recommend the models with flow direction above the seat.
