Shut-off micro-valves Series TC

2/2-way - Normally Closed (NC)
The principle of the Series TC1-V shut-off micro-valves is based on the actuation of a poppet by means of an operating pressure applied above it. The poppet, once actuated, moves away from the tightening seal, permitting the flow of the intercepted fluid. By removing the actuation pressure, the poppet repositions itself on the tightening seal by means of a spring positioned below that closes the flow of the fluid. For its realization the most suitable materials for contact with fluids were selected. The body in PPS and the FKM tightening seals guarantee full compatibility with a wide range of gaseous fluids.

Silencers in 316L stainless steel Silencers

Silencers are indispensable elements for eliminating or reducing the characteristic noise of compressed air during discharge into the atmosphere. They should always be placed on the outlets of 3/2-, 5/2- or 5/3-way valves. When carrying out maintenance, silencers should be degreased using white spirit or paraffin and compressed air blown through them in the opposite direction to the direction of operation. Flow rate: is measured at an inlet pressure of 6 bar with exhaust in the atmosphere. Noise level: is measured through a test using a phonometer. Placing the phonometer one meter away from the application and at the same height for ten seconds, gives an average reading of the noise generated.

Silencers Series 29

Series: 2901 - 2903 - 2921 - 2931 - 2928 - 2929 - 2905 Ports: M5, G1/8, G1/4, G3/8, G1/2, G3/4, G1 Ø 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 mm

Soft start valves Series MC

Ports G1/4, G3/8 and G1/2 Modular
Series MC soft start valves are used to avoid damages to people or equipment when pressurising pneumatic systems containing cylinders. The features of these components allow to pressurise an equipment up to 50% of the indicated pressure, after which 100% is reached rapidly. The usual location of the soft start valve is after the FRL unit; in fact the modular design allows for perfect adaptability with all Series MC. A pressure switch can be mounted into the upper part of the unit after removal of the S2610 G1/8 plug. An electrical or pneumatic 3 way valve should be installed at the bottom of the unit to allow depressurisation.

Soft start valves Series MD

Ports with interchangeable cartridges: threaded (1/8, 1/4, 3/8) or integrated with super-rapid fitting for tube with Ø 6, 8 and 10 mm Modular assembly
The soft start valves are used to avoid the sudden movement of pneumatic actuators. Feeding them pneumatically is enough to begin the phase of the pressure gradual increase in the system. By means of a regulation screw, it is possible to determine the time the valve needs to reach the 50% of the inlet pressure. Once this value is reached, the valve opens completely the passage. The blanked connection on the upper side allows either the time increase to fill the system through a small additional volume or the connection of a pressure switch.

Solenoid valves Series CFB

2/2-way - Normally Closed (NC) and Normally Open (NO) 3/2-way - Normally Closed (NC)
Series CFB solenoid valves for general purpose are available in the NC and NO version, 2/2 and 3/2-way. Special versions are available on demand for the protection against the water hammer or with specific traitments for the interception of aggressive fluids. The valve function is determined by a poppet or by a diaphragm with operation direct or indirect. Different versions are available according to the nominal diameter and to the threaded ports, as shown in the following tables. They can thus satisfy various requirements in terms of flow rates and working pressures.

Solenoids GP… – B7… – G93 – U7… – U7…EX – G7… – A8… – B8… – H8… – B9…

Version A and B Connections according to industrial standard and to DIN EN 175 301-803 standards
The mechanical part of the tube in the solenoid valves Series A, 3, 4, 9 and NA allows the mounting of various types of solenoids.

Sprue grippers Series RPGA

Angular, not self-centering, single-acting, Normally Open Models available: Flat Finger, Curved Finger, Short Finger, Flat Finger with sensor slot, Curved Finger with sensor slot
Thanks to a piston with a size of 20mm and to the direct transfer of the force from the piston to the fingers, Series RPGA guarantees a strong and a safe grip.Their technical features ensure a high gripping force and make these grippers particularly suitable in the removal of injection molded items. The surface treatments on each metallic part make this series very wear resistant. D and E models are provided with a finger having a slot for the installation of an inductive sensor.

Sprue grippers Series RPGB

Angular, not self-centering, single-acting, Normally Open Models: Flat Finger, Short Finger, Flat Finger with sensor Size 8, 12 mm
The external design, the choice of materials and the search for miniaturization makes Series RPGB a compact and lightweight solution. The D model is provided with a finger having a slot for the installation of a magnetic sensor which is able to detect the grip of the piece. Its technical features ensure a high gripping force and make this gripper particularly suitable in the removal of injection molded items. The surface treatments on each metallic part make this series very wear resistant.

Stainless steel cylinders Series 90

Single- and double-acting, cushioned, magnetic ø 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100 and 125 mm
The Series 90 cylinders can be used in critical applications in which a high corrosion resistance is required (for example off-shore, marine, food). This series of cylinders is normally equipped with end of stroke buffers with adjustable pneumatic cushioning. Moreover, they are equipped with a mechanical cushioning that makes the impact of the piston less noisy as it reaches the end of the stroke.

Stainless steel cylinders Series 97

Single- and double-acting, cushioned, magnetic. Ø 32, 40, 50, 63 mm
Series 97 stainless steel cylinders can be used in critical applications where a high level of corrosion resistance is required (for example: off-shore, naval, food industries). These cylinders are normally equipped with end-stroke cushioning which can be adjusted through a screw on the end block. In order to quieten the impact of the piston on the end block, these cylinders are also equipped with mechanical cushioning.

Stainless steel mini-cylinders Series 94 and 95

Single-acting and double-acting, magnetic Series 94: ø 16, 20, 25 mm Series 95: ø 25 mm, cushioned
The Series 94 and 95 cylinders can be used in critical applications in which a high corrosion resistance is required (for example off-shore, marine, food). Their construction enables the replacement of all seals. Series 95 is normally equipped with adjustable end-stroke cushioning by means of a screw on the end block. In addition both Series 94 and 95 are equipped with a mechanical cushioning in order to make the impact of the piston less noisy as it reaches the end of the stroke.
