Thanks to the flexibility given by the connection inserts, the regulator can be adjusted within a treatment group so that the regulation knob is in the front or lower position. Once the regulation is locked, it is possible to insert as many security locks through the 4 holes.
The by-pass valve allows the fast exhaust of the air introduced.
The different springs enable a more accurate adjustment of the pressure.
The Series MD offers multi-sector solutions that ensure saving in terms of installation time, space and costs.
Thanks to the solution adopted for the pneumatic connection, it is possible to equip the same element with interchangeable cartridges that can either be threaded, or with an integrated super-rapid fitting, both types available in different sizes. Intermediate cartridges can be also integrated to join multiple functions or with derivation to draw air.

The availability of constant values of the secondary pressure ensures performance optimization and energy saving. The tamper-proof system allows to adjust pressure safely with primary pressure compensation. All reducers are equipped with an integrated locking system and built-in pressure gauges for a more compact product. The regulators Series MX are suitalbe also for panel mountings.
The Series MX has been realized to offer a multi-sector solution that guarantees saving in terms of installation time, space and costs.
A special configurator, available on Camozzi website at http://shop.camozzi.com (sec. Configurators), allows the customer to choose the most suitable solution for his
application, selecting single components or by configuring assembled FRLs.

Series PM diaphragm pressure switches are available with NC (normally closed) contacts and with NO (normally open) contacts.
Series PM681 pressure switches with setting visual scale comply with EN60730 standards and are suitable for signaliing pressure through a normally closed Reed contact.
A regulating screw, which can be adjusted using a small screwdriver, allows the switch to be set to the required pressure.
The calibrated diaphragm enables an electrical signal to be generated or inhibited depending on the pressure set.

Series MX-PRO electronic proportional pressure regulator is the result of combining advanced technology of Series K8P electronic proportional micro regulator, with reliability and high performance of Series MX2 modular regulators.
This new regulator ensures high precision in pressure regulation, high flow rate and low consumption.
Moreover, it can take the most of Series MX ease of assembly to provide particularly compact Manifolds.
Proportional pressure regulator Series PME

The Series PME proportional pressure regulator is the ideal solution for industrial applications that require accurate pressure control.
This new pressure regulator offers a high pneumatic performance, despite having its weight and dimensions reduced to a minimum to allow greater flexibility in its use.Series PME is available in two sizes and versions.
One version has an integrated exhaust valve that allows the system to discharge even in the absence of power.
The second is a manifold version, ideal for controlling several outlets with only a single air inlet.
A new CANopen serial version is also available.
Ideal for controlling multiple controllers on a single fieldbus and for applications that need to operate within a wide supply voltage range (12÷24 V DC).
Proportional pressure regulator with CoilVision technology Series PRE

The Series PRE proportional pressure regulator is equipped with a new technology, CoilVision, which constantly monitors the operation of the solenoids in the regulator to assess their health status.
All data generated by the regulator can be transmitted wirelessly, for logging, aggregation and analysis and can be viewed through the UVIX software, downloadable from the Camozzi Catalogue website.
The Series PRE is available in two sizes and in different configurations, including IO-Link connectivity. As well as the standard options with and without display, there is a version with an integral exhaust valve, which enables the system to exhaust even without a power supply.
A manifold version enables the control of several outlets with only one inlet, while a version with an additional external sensor connection enables pressure control at any point in the system.

Series VSC and VSO quick exhaust valves are commonly used to increase the speed of cylinders or for rapid depressurisation of tanks containing compressed air.
Mod. VSO 425-M5, VSO 426-04: they are particularly suitable to be mounted on solenoid valves and valves incorporating a ø 4 cartridge.
Mod. VSO 4-1/8: it is particularly suitable for direct mounting on the actuator connection. The air coming in from the jointed part (1) is used by the threaded side (2), whilst the exhaust (3) passes through the holes sideways to the valve body.
Mod. VSC: they are particularly suitable to be mounted directly on the cylinder mouth through the use of a nipple. It is recommended to mount a silencer on the outlet.
Quick-release couplings for the conditioning of moulds for plastics Series 5000L and 5000LT

The Series 5000L and 5000LT couplings have been designed to connect tubes for water, air or oil, used within plastic injection and die casting moulds.
The Series 5000L and 5000LT couplings provide a quick connection and disconnection method for the replacement of heating and conditioning tubes directed towards the mould, as well as tubes coming from water collectors or sources.

Series 5000 quick-release couplings are suitable in situations where, for plant engineering or safety reasons, the connection or disconnection of tubing must be repeated several times.
These operations can be performed with no need to release the pressure and therefore a considerable amount of time can be saved.
- Series 5000 quick-release couplings with mini-profile DN 5 are compatible with couplings Rectus Series 21 - 90, Legris 21.
- Series 5000 quick-release couplings with European profile DN 7 are compatible with couplings Cejn Series 320.
