The combination of a pneumatic cylinder with double piston and a precision roller guide enables a highly accurate positioning, reducing positioning errors to a minimum while enhancing the overall efficiency of the system.
Series MST is available in different sizes and strokes and is adjustable using special accessories that increase the adaptability and versatility of the product. Equipped with an internal magnet, proximity switches can be integrated for position monitoring.

Series 8 pneumatic operated valves are particularly suitable for applications requiring high flow combined wtih compact design.
The valve is pneumatic operated by electro-pilots which are dimensioned according to the size.
The cartridge design, which is ideal for manifold assembly, allows to reduce both dimensions and the number of pneumatic connections.
The standard function of the valve is 2/2-way NC.
It can however fulfill the 3/2-way NC function if inserted in a proper seat.

The Series 8 enlarges the range of versions available with the cartridge valve directly integrated in an anodized aluminium body comprising also the pilot solenoid valve. The new bodies enable to have pneumatically operated versions with external piloting or electropneumatically operated versions with both external and internal piloting.

Series 6PF pneumatic actuators are equipped with a potentiometric linear position transducer integrated inside the rod.
This type of cylinder allows, along the entire stroke, a constant control of the rod position which is read processing the change of the transducer internal resistance.
The pistons have been equipped with a permanent magnet which enables the use of external end-stroke sensors.
The dynamic seals are specific for low friction.
Thanks to the electrical connection, realized by means of an M12 male electric round connector positioned on the rear head, these cylinders fulfil the standards of IP67 protection class.
Series 6PF cylinders comply with the ISO 15552 standards and can be assembled with the entire range of standard accessories.
They are available with bores from 50mm to 125mm with standard strokes from 50mm to 1000mm with intervals of 50mm.
The sturdy design, the flexible installation and the high performance make Series 6PF suitable for use in applications with tensioning cylinders, positioning cylinders and filling, cutting and measuring systems.

The Series PR precision pressure regulators are ideal for applications that require a precise and stable air pressure control.
The operating principle using multiple diaphragms allows the Series PR to react to even the smallest pressure variations that may occur during use.
Pressure booster Series BPA

This pressure booster has a pressure ratio of 2:1 that increases outlet pressure by up to 20 bar.
It operates automatically when needed to generate a constant pressure increase while its mechanical design guarantees quick and easy installation, minimises heat generation and improves machine safety.
Two versions are available, with or without an integrated regulator that allows to adjust the desired outlet pressure and enables the efficient management of energy consumption.
It offers a compact, functional design with rapid filling times that makes the Series BPA ideal for applications where high pressure is only needed at specific points in the pneumatic circuit such as woodworking, marble and glass processing or with testing and assembly machines.

Series MD filter-regulators integrate filter and pressure reducer in one unit, thus reducing their dimensions.
The by-pass valve allows the fast exhaust of the air introduced.
The different springs enable a more accurate adjustment of the pressure.
Thanks to the solution adopted for the pneumatic connection, it is possible to equip the same element with interchangeable cartridges that can either be threaded, or with an integrated super-rapid fitting, both types available in different sizes.
Intermediate cartridges can be also integrated to join multiple functions or with derivation to draw air.
Pressure microregulators Series M

Series M pressure regulator is available with G1/8 and G1/4 ports.
Its design incorporates a diaphragm and relieving so as to allow decremental adjustments as well.
Microregulators are available with different regulation types: non-relieving, very sensitive self-relieving (through a light air leak) and VS (valve with fast draining).
The VS version is used when a regulator should be inserted between the valve and cylinder, or capacity, without any negative influence on the exhaust.
Pressure microregulators Series T

Series T pressure regulators are available with G1/8 and G1/4 brass connections.
A self-relieving piston has been incorporated into the design to allow decreasing adjustments.
Non-relieving versions are also available.
All models are equipped with a by-pass valve which is useful when a regulator should be inserted between the valve and cylinder (or capacity) without any negative influence on the exhaust.
Pressure microregulators Series TC
For applications with oxygen, without relieving

The Series TC pressure regulator has been designed to be used for all the applications and equipment where it is needed to insert the single component in customized integrated pneumatic circuits (manifolds) or collectors.
The cartridge design and the compact size allow the regulator to be plugged in a proper seat, making the installation easier and reducing the assembly time.
To produce the new TC regulator, materials have been analized and chosen on the basis of their suitability with the contact medium. The body in PPS and the seals in FKM ensure thus full compatibility with a wide range of gaseous fluids.
