Series 7000 Fluidics push-in fittings enable smooth passage of fluids in cooling systems. Liquid cooling systems are considered to be better than air cooling, in terms of efficiency,
effectiveness, compactness and noise in a wide range of applications from computer servers to industrial equipment.
The Series 7000 Fluidics fitting range has been designed with a special technopolymer, based on renewable raw materials, that allows the component to resist water absorption, temperature variations and cooling liquid additives.
The material maintains constant dimensional stability in contact with different fluids and does not breakdown with age.
Advanced gripping characteristics make the Series 7000 Fluidics an excellent alternative to traditional fittings, guaranteeing a uniform tightening on the whole surface of the tube.
This enhances high reliability and resistance to repeated connections and disconnections of the tube. Reliable connection, compact dimensions and easy installation in confined spaces are only some of the features that make these new fittings an innovative solution for a wide range of cooling systems.
Flat suction pads (oval) Series VTOF
Flat suction pads in NBR or Silicone.
Diameters from 4x2 to 90x30 mm with thread size M3, M5, G1/8, G1/4, both male and female.
Series VTOF flat oval suction pads consist of a nipple and rubber part.
The nipples are inserted directly into the rubber part.
Pads size 30x10 and larger are further equipped with a special clip in order to avoid unwanted rotation during operation.
The suction pads can also be ordered separately without nipples as spare parts.Applications:
- Handling of narrow workpieces with small undulated gripping surface such as plates, extruded profiles plastic components, etc.
- Handling of frame elements as for example doors, windows, etc.
- Silicone version for the handling of pieces at high temperatures.
Flat suction pads (round) for Packaging Series VPCF
Suction pads in Elastodur ED-65.
Diameters from 1 to 65 mm with thread size M5, G1/8 and G1/4, both male and female.
Series VPCF flat suction pads consist of a nipple and rubber part which are delivered assembled.
Both components can be ordered separately as spare parts.
These suction pads are very suitable for the handling of packagings like rigid cardboard boxes and trays in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food industries.
Common applications are:
- Palletising and de-palletising processes.
- Heavy-duty applications in terms of hold and wear.
- Loading from the top and from the side in cartoning machines.

Universal suction pads in NBR or Silicone.
Diameters from 3,5 to 95 mm with thread size M3, M5, G1/8, G1/4, both male and female.
Series VTCF flat suction pads consist of a nipple and rubber part which are delivered separately.
In fact, both components can be ordered separately as spare parts.
From diameter 60 mm and up a mounting plate is vulcanised into the rubber part to which the nipple should be mounted.
These suction pads are generally used for handling of objects with smooth or slightly curved surfaces such as sheets of different materials, extruded profiles, cardboard boxes, plastic components, wood panels etc.
Applications:
- Handling of flat parts with smooth or slight rough surfaces.
- Silicone version for the handling of parts at high temperatures.
Flat suction pads Series VSCF
Universal suction pads in NBR or Silicone.
Diameters from 1 to 100 mm with thread size M3, M5, G1/8, G1/4, both
male and female.
Series VSCF flat suction pads consist of a nipple and rubber part which are delivered assembled.
Both components can be ordered separately as spare parts.
From diameter 60 mm and up a mounting plate is vulcanised into the rubber part to which the nipple should be mounted.
These suction pads are generally used for handling objects with smooth or slightly curved surfaces such as sheet metals, extruded profiles, cardboard boxes, glass plates, plastic components, wood panels etc.
Applications:
- Handling of parts with flat or slightly curved surfaces like sheet metal for car body workshops, tubes, cardboard boxes, etc.
- Silicone version for the handling of parts at high temperatures
Flexible suction pad mountings Series NPF
The vulcanisation provides flexibility in all directions.
Thread G1/4
Series NPF flexible suction pad mounting allows a better adaption between the suction pad and the workpiece due to its flexibility in all directions.
Applications:
- Suitable for use in conjunction with larger flat suction pads on bigger workpieces which are either inclined or have a tendency to sag during the lifting operation or simply have a slightly irregular shape.
- They can be used in combination with spring plungers for further compensation in height if needed.

These are bidirectional control valves made entirely of nickel-plated brass, with NBR seals and a technopolymer control knob.
They are suitable for regulating compressed air, water or mineral oil.
For models 2810, 2820, 2819 and 2829 exists the possibility to connect plastic, brass or copper tubes, using nut Mod. 1303 and cushion sleeve Mod. 1310/1320.

Unidirectional and bidirectional flow regulators with in technopolymer (G1/8, G1/4, G3/8)
Ports: M5, G1/8, G1/4, G3/8These unidirectional and bidirectional flow control valves are designed to be directly mounted on valves or cylinders with only a small footprint.
The wide range of swivel fittings allows to complete the flow control valve with the most suitable configuration based on the type of tube used.
All models are supplied with a swivel fitting.

Unidirectional and bidirectional banjo flow controllers with nominal diameter 1,5 - 3,5 - 5 mm

These unidirectional and bidirectional flow controllers have been designed as small as possible to enable mounting directly on valves or cylinders.
The flow regulation range is wide and gradual, allowing the regulation to be very accurate either at minimum or maximum flow.
