Self-centering parallel grippers with double ball bearing guide Series CGPS

Single and double acting, magnetic, self-centering Bores: Ø 10, 16, 20, 25, 32 mm
Thanks to the use of a high performing and precise force transmission system and to the double ball bearing guide, the Series CGPS grippers are able to provide high gripping forces while guaranteeing a very high repeatability and robustness (resistance to external static and dynamic loads). The wide range of sizes available allows you to find the best solution for any handling need. The grippers can be supplied with bushes and centering plugs (tolerance H8) which, once positioned on the body and/or on the jaws, are able to guarantee, during maintenance, a high interchangeability of the gripper and of the extensions.

Self-centering parallel grippers with H-shaped guide Series CGPM

Single and double acting, magnetic, self-centering Bores: 12, 16, 25, 35, 45 Standard stroke or long stroke
Series CGPM are self-centering, parallel grippers, guided by means of an H-shaped sliding guide. The series is available in 5 sizes with different strokes. Thanks to the materials and surface coating used, the gripper offers a high performance over time, enhanced reliability and protection against the entrance of impurities. Extreme compact dimensions, high repeatability and the opening and closing speed make the Series CGPM particularly suitable in applications like pick & place, insertion and machine tending, that are typically found in the Assembly sector. These pneumatic grippers are mainly used on automatic machines that require high production cycles and very precise positioning.

Self-centering three-jaw grippers with T-guide Series CGCN

Double acting, magnetic, self-centering Sizes: 50, 64, 80, 100, 125 mm
The new Series CGCN pneumatic grippers are available in 5 different sizes (50, 64, 80, 100, 125). Their compact design allows high clamping force and long strokes in reduced dimensions. Thanks to the permanent magnet integrated into the gripper piston, the Series CSD magnetic proximity switches can be inserted in the grooves on the body.

Self-centering, parallel, long stroke grippers with sliding guide Series CGPW

Double acting, magnetic, self-centering Sizes: 25, 40
Designed to maximize efficiency in confined spaces, this parallel gripper is ideal for palletizing and pick & place operations in the material handling and packaging sectors. The self-centering jaws slide on internal guides, allowing for precise opening with minimal space requirements. Its compact and robust design enables the handling of heavy loads and the application of significant opening and closing forces, while maintaining a small footprint. High reliability is ensured by the T-guide, which provides resistance to external loads and excellent motion repeatability.

SENSIT® HXG-2d Combustible Gas Indicator

This easy to use combustible gas leak detector is ideal for detecting and finding sources of natural gas, methane, and propane gas leaks. This durable gas leak detector features an advanced low-power semiconductor sensor that displays and measures combustible gases in parts per million. It auto-ranges to %LEL (lower explosive limit) when concentrations exceed 990 parts mer million. This instrument helps you find the source of gas leaks fast with an audible tick, that can be easily heard through the speaker located on the back

Series 16, 23, 24 and 25

Series 16: Ø 8, 10, 12 mm - non-magnetic Series 23: Ø 16, 20, 25 mm - magnetic, auto-cushioned Series 24: Ø 10, 12, 16, 20, 25, 32 mm - magnetic Series 25: Ø 16, 20, 25, 32 mm - magnetic, cushioned
Series 16, 23, 24 and 25 mini-cylinders are designed according to ISO 6432. It is possible to choose from three different types of cushioning: mechanical (standard bumper on Series 16 and 24), adjustable pneumatic cushioning (Series 25) and pneumatic auto-cushioning (Series 23). This last version, thanks to a patented system, automatically adjusts the cushioning in order to provide optimal deceleration during the entire cushioning phase. The cylinder enjoys smooth, jolt-free movement, reducing vibrations and noise, while also guaranteeing high reliability and constant performance over time. The adopted technical solutions and the choice of materials have provided the basis for a complete range of versatile and very reliable mini-cylinders. They are suitable to be used in a multitude of industrial applications, especially where operating conditions undergo changes over time like for example wear of machine components. Various mounting accessories are available to fix the cylinders in different ways.

Series 16, 24 and 25 Mini-Cylinders (DIN/ ISO 6432)

Series 16, 24 and 25 mini-cylinders are designed according to the European Standard Specifications CETOP RP52-P and DIN/ISO 6432.The choice of materials and other design features have provided the basis for a complete range of versatile and very reliable cylinders. The precise method of crimping the barrel at the head and cap ensures that all the parts are perfectly aligned. Since the Series 16 and 24 may operate at very high speeds, bumpers are attached to the piston as standard in order to reduce noice and wear resulting from high impact loads. Series 24 and 25 are suitable for mounting magnetic proximity switches.Series 25 has an adjustable pneumatic cushion and a magnetic piston. Various mounting accessories are available to enable the cylinders to function in a variety of applications.

Series 32 compact cylinders, Tandem and Multi-position versions

Double-acting, magnetic ø 25, 40, 63, 100 mm
Thanks to their great compactness Series 32 cylinders, Tandem and Multi-position, are suitable to be installed within confined spaces and can be used with the same mounting elements of other standard cylinders ISO15552. The Tandem version enables to obtain up to 2 times the thrust force of a normal cylinder (standard traction force), while the Multi-position version can obtain up to three positions with one cylinder only.

Setpoint adjuster for thermostats

This includes rotary knobs, adjustable limit stops, setpoint scales, orifice plates, and screws.
