The Level Plus SoCLEAN® liquid level transmitter satisfies the demand for an accurate and robust liquid-level sensor with unsurpassed flexibility to meet most process application conditions. The SoCLEAN® transmitter provides 4-in-1 measurement using one process opening for product level, interface level, temperature and volume measurements. Soft start valves Series MC
Ports G1/4, G3/8 and G1/2
Modular
Series MC soft start valves are used to avoid damages to people or equipment when pressurising pneumatic systems containing cylinders.
The features of these components allow to pressurise an equipment up to 50% of the indicated pressure, after which 100% is reached rapidly.
The usual location of the soft start valve is after the FRL unit; in fact the modular design allows for perfect adaptability with all Series MC.
A pressure switch can be mounted into the upper part of the unit after removal of the S2610 G1/8 plug. An electrical or pneumatic 3 way valve should be installed at the bottom of the unit to allow depressurisation.

Modular assembly
The soft start valves are used to avoid the sudden movement of pneumatic actuators. Feeding them pneumatically is enough to begin the phase of the pressure gradual increase in the system. By means of a regulation screw, it is possible to determine the time the valve needs to reach the 50% of the inlet pressure. Once this value is reached, the valve opens completely the passage.
The blanked connection on the upper side allows either the time increase to fill the system through a small additional volume or the connection of a pressure switch.
Soft-Starter – SSW05 Series

The SSW05 Plus Micro Soft-Starters, with DSP control (Digital Signal Processor) have been designed to supply an excellent performance during starting and stopping electric motors with excellent cost/benefit ratio.
The Operator Interface allows easy parameter setting, simplyfying the start-up and operation activities.

Soft-Starter – SSW07 Series
Soft-Starters are static starters that accelerate, decelerate and protect three-phase induction motors. The control of the voltage applied to the motor by means of adjustments to the firing angle of thyristors allows the soft-starter to start and stop an electric motor smoothly.
The SSW07, with DSP (Digital Signal Processor) control was designed for high performance on motor starts and stops with an excellent cost-benefit ratio. Easy to set up, it simplifies start-up activities and daily operation.
The SSW07 is compact optimizing space in electric panels. It already incorporates electric motor protection. It adapts to customer needs through its easy-to-install optional accessories.
