The Series RPA short stroke cylinders are double acting actuators with aluminium hollow through rod and mounting stud. Available in two sizes, Ø 20 and Ø 30 mm, with different strokes and dimensions of the mounting stud, these actuators are equipped with the non-rotating function of the rod.
The Series RPA are prepared for the mounting of magnetic sensors (Series CSD), in fact, on the external profile, along the cylinder tube, you can find sensor positioning slots.
Their compact and light design together with the adopted technical solutions make these cylinders suitable to be used, combined with suction pads, in End Of Arm Tooling (EOAT) systems, especially in the sector of plastic injection moulding.
Shut-off micro-valves Series TC
2/2-way - Normally Closed (NC)
The principle of the Series TC1-V shut-off micro-valves is based on the actuation of a poppet by means of an operating pressure applied above it.
The poppet, once actuated, moves away from the tightening seal, permitting the flow of the intercepted fluid.
By removing the actuation pressure, the poppet repositions itself on the tightening seal by means of a spring positioned below that closes the flow of the fluid.
For its realization the most suitable materials for contact with fluids were selected. The body in PPS and the FKM tightening seals guarantee full compatibility with a wide range of gaseous fluids.

Silencers in 316L stainless steel Silencers
Silencers are indispensable elements for eliminating or reducing the characteristic noise of compressed air during discharge into the atmosphere. They should always be placed on the outlets of 3/2-, 5/2- or 5/3-way valves. When carrying out maintenance, silencers should be degreased using white spirit or paraffin and compressed air blown through them in the opposite direction to the direction of operation.
Flow rate: is measured at an inlet pressure of 6 bar with exhaust in the atmosphere. Noise level: is measured through a test using a phonometer. Placing the phonometer one meter away from the application and at the same height for ten seconds, gives an average reading of the noise generated.

Skipala DIGR-1502/E
DIGR-1502/E is a controller designed to control vibratory feeders driven by an electromagnetic coil. Parameter setting is performed directly on the control panel of the unit. The control unit can work independently or can be controlled from a PLC. The control unit enables the connection of sensors and valves to digital/analog inputs/outputs and ensures their function according to settings.
The advantage of the DIGR-1502/E controller is the possibility of setting the own resonance frequency of a specific feeder, during which there is a sharp increase in the intensity of vibrations. In this way, excellent feeding results can be achieved even for components with a complicated shape or surface. The indisputable advantage of the regulator is the saving of electricity consumption compared to the triac regulator.
The regulator allows a smooth change of frequency in the range of 20-120Hz with a step of 0.2Hz. It is therefore ideal for more demanding applications of bowl feeders. By finding the optimal frequency for the feeder, it facilitates and speeds up their production and deployment.
The regulator has IP54 protection and can be mounted outside the switchboard.
The controller includes a safely separated 24V / 4VA DC source for powering sensors and valves, and a 10V DC source for powering the analog input.
