Compact electromechanical cylinders Series 3E
Sizes 20, 32
Series 3E cylinders are electric rod actuators that combine a screw and motor to generate accurate linear motion. These are an alternative to pneumatic cylinders but possessing all the benefits of electric actuators in terms of speed, ease of parameter setting and flexibility in handling different load sizes and formats. Their compact design ensures easy integration with the machine, without affecting performance. Robust and quick, these actuators are ideal for multi-position applications and can be used with external proximity switches for homing operations or allowing extra-stroke readings to be performed.
Moreover, Series 3E can be supplied with the motor already assembled, to further reduce commissioning and wiring time. Series 3E electromechanical cylinders are the ideal solution for industrial applications that require rapid format changeovers or numerous production cycles. Their precision, reliability and flexibility, make these cylinders ideal for use in assembly lines, packaging systems or for material handling.

Single and double-acting, non-rotating, auto-cushioned
ø 12, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100, 125 mm
Series 32 cylinders, thanks to their compactness, are suitable for installation in confined spaces.
Being in compliance with the ISO 21287 Standard, the cylinders Series 32 can be used in conjunction with mountings/accessories suitable with ISO 15552 standard.
Compact cylinders Tandem and Multi-position versions Series 32
Double-acting, magnetic
ø 25, 40, 63, 100 mm
Thanks to their great compactness Series 32 cylinders, Tandem and Multi-position, are suitable to be installed within confined spaces and can be used with the same mounting elements of other standard cylinders ISO15552.
The Tandem version enables to obtain up to 2 times the thrust force of a normal cylinder (standard traction force), while the Multi-position version can obtain up to three positions with one cylinder only.
Cylinders ISO 15552 Series 63
Single and double-acting, magnetic, cushioned
Ø 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100, 125 mm
The Series 63 pneumatic cylinders have been developed to guarantee high performance and versatility.
Thanks to a new system of adjustable pneumatic cushioning, the cylinders can always guarantee the best regulation whilst significantly reducing noise caused by the impact of the piston on the end block.Besides the standard version, which can be used in many sectors, specific solutions have been developed for applications such as food processing, agriculture, in tensioning, dosing systems and dancer arms for winding applications.
There are also versions for demanding application environments, capable of withstanding extreme temperatures, corrosive atmospheres etc.
Stainless steel cylinders Series 90
Single- and double-acting, cushioned, magnetic
ø 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100 and 125 mm
The Series 90 cylinders can be used in critical applications in which a high corrosion resistance is required (for example off-shore, marine, food).
This series of cylinders is normally equipped with end of stroke buffers with adjustable pneumatic cushioning.
Moreover, they are equipped with a mechanical cushioning that makes the impact of the piston less noisy as it reaches the end of the stroke.
Stainless steel cylinders Series 97
Single- and double-acting, cushioned, magnetic.
Ø 32, 40, 50, 63 mm
Series 97 stainless steel cylinders can be used in critical applications where a high level of corrosion resistance is required (for example: off-shore, naval, food industries).
These cylinders are normally equipped with end-stroke cushioning which can be adjusted through a screw on the end block.
In order to quieten the impact of the piston on the end block, these cylinders are also equipped with mechanical cushioning.
