Variable speed drive ADV200-SP
Solar-powered water pumping is based on PV technology that converts sunlight into electricity to pump water.
The PV panels are connected to an ADV200 SP drive, which converts the electrical energy supplied by the PV panel into mechanical energy, and this in turn is converted into hydraulic energy by the pump.
Synergies between the ADV200 SP Industrial Drives technology and the company’s Solar and Pump application know-how have allowed WEG to develop a special SW with lift controller and special function to optimize the operation of solar pump systems.
In addition the ADV200 SP is able to manage pumping systems powered by different sources: solar PV panels alone (off-grid), or both PV panels and grid supply (dual supply systems).

AFW11 – Cabinet-built Frequency Inverter
It is a drive solution for three-phase induction motors assembled on electrical panel with built-in CFW11 frequency inverter.
Its design, manufacture and assembly count on WEG’s experience, quality assurance, safety and excellent cost-effectiveness.

Developed with CHB (Cascaded H-Bridge) technology with associated high reliability power cells, in order to serve high power motors at all voltage levels between 1 kV and 13.8 kV AC.
The MVW3000 has a touch screen HMI, which allows the operator easy interaction for programming, readings and alarms with a high level of detail.
The G4 generation (IoT Ready) incorporates a new control with greater capacity and connectivity, including the MQTT protocol, for easy integration with the WEG Motor Fleet Management asset monitoring and management platform.
Being able to be used in a wide range of industrial applications that require variable speed control, such as compressors, pumps, fans, conveyor belts and mills, the MVW3000 G4 is an efficient and reliable solution that, in addition to allowing process speed control, also offers energy savings and reduced operating and maintenance costs.
Variable speed drive ADP200
ADP200 is the right solution for servopump control, providing precise pressure and flow control and avoiding the energy waste typical of traditional hydraulic systems.
Oil flow and pressure can be set exactly as required by the machine, rather than at higher levels, without discharging oil as in conventional hydraulic machines.
The ADP200 high-performance drive is perfectly in line with the innovative “green manufacturing” design of injection molding machines, creating real added value for customers in terms of energy efficiency and higher mold quality.
WEG’s specific PID algorithm manages both single servopump systems and multi-pump machines and covers a wide range of applications.
