Over the past decades, there have been many successful and important sensor solutions from Temposonics. Some are still even in usage in applications all around the world. However, Temposonics has always been a company that thinks ahead and so it is only naturally that new sensor solutions have been developed to keep pushing the boundaries and make the sensors even more suitable for any application. This continuous development of new sensors means that older sensors are not manufactured anymore and those are given a legacy status, meaning that they are not produced but are still installed in certain machines or systems. Temposonics^® MH-Series model COMPACT (MS) magnetostrictive position sensors are designed for direct stroke measurement in hydraulic cylinders with bore diameters of 28 mm or greater.
