VEGAPASS 81
Application area
The combination of VEGAPASS 81 with VEGAFLEX enables a continuous level measurement outside the vessel. The bypass consists of a standpipe which is mounted as communicating vessel laterally to the vessel via two process fittings. This kind of mounting ensures that the level in the standpipe and the vessel are the same.
VEGAPULS 11
Compact radar sensor for continuous level measurement
For simple measuring tasks, plastic housing IP66/IP67, Type 4X
Application area
4 ... 20 mA output, measuring range up to 10 m, accuracy ±5 mm
VEGAPULS 11 is the ideal sensor for non-contact level measurement of liquids and bulk solids in simple applications. It is particularly suitable for use in water treatment, storage tanks with acids, lyes and additives in all industrial areas, or for measuring levels in plastic tanks from the outside through the tank wall. In bulk solids the sensors are used in small bulk solids silos or open containers.
Your benefit
- High plant availability through non-contact measurement
- Exact measurement results independent of medium properties and process conditions
- Maintenance-free operation due to non-contact 80 GHz radar technology
VEGAPULS 21
Compact radar sensor for continuous level measurement
For standard measuring tasks, plastic housing IP66/IP67, Type 4X
Application area
4 ... 20 mA/HART output, measuring range up to 20 m, accuracy ±2 mm, Ex approval optional

VEGAPULS 42
Compact radar sensor for continuous level measurement
For simple to moderate measurement tasks in factory automation
Application area
From ¾" thread, universal connection G1" for hygiene adapter, three-wire: IO-Link, PNP/NPN, 4 ... 20 mA (active), hygiene approval, coloured 360° status display
VEGAPULS 42 is the ideal sensor for non-contact level measurement of liquids and bulk solids in simple to moderate applications. The optional universal connection for hygienic adapters ensures reduced installation effort and leaner stock-keeping and perfectly fulfils the requirements for hygienic processes in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries. With IO-Link, it offers continuous digital data transmission.
Your benefit
- Coloured 360° status display, adjustable
- Easy integration into control systems through IO-Link communication
- Maintenance-free operation due to non-contact 80 GHz radar technology
VEGAPULS C 23
Wired radar sensor for continuous level measurement
For standard measuring tasks, IP66/IP68, Type 6P
Application area
Axial cable outlet, measuring range up to 30 m, accuracy ±2 mm, 4 ... 20 mA, HART, SDI-12 or Modbus output, Ex-approval optional
VEGAPULS C 23 is the ideal sensor for non-contact level measurement in simple applications where a high degree of protection is required. It is particularly suitable for use in water treatment, pumping stations and rain overflow basins, for flow measurement in open channels and level monitoring. In bulk solids, the sensors are used in medium-sized bulk solids silos, segmented vessels or open heaps.
Your benefit
- Exact measurement results independent of medium, process and environmental conditions
- Unaffected by vessel installations due to very good signal focusing
- Maintenance-free operation due to non-contact 80 GHz radar technology
