VEGACAL 62
Capacitive rod probe for continuous level measurement
Rod probe, partly PTFE insulated
Application area
For measurement of bulk solids and non-conductive liquids such as oil. A full/empty adjustment is necessary for setup.
The VEGACAL 62 is a level sensor for continuous level measurement in all industries. The partly insulated probe is designed for measurement of bulk solids and can be also used in non-conductive liquids such as e.g. oil. The proven construction offers high functional safety.
Your benefit
- High flexibility through shortenable probe
- Long lifetime and low maintenance requirement through robust mechanical construction
- Maximum utilization of the vessel because measurement over the complete probe length
VEGAFLEX 86
TDR sensor for continuous level and interface measurement of liquids
For the most extreme process conditions
Application area
Cable, rod or coaxial sensor. Its robust, mechanical design and the second process seal, the Second Line of Defense, protect the sensor for demanding measurement tasks. Process temperature: -196 ... 450° C; process pressure: -1 … 400 bar
The VEGAFLEX 86 level sensor measures maintenance-free all liquids under extreme pressure and temperature conditions. Even in applications with buildup, foam generation and condensation, the sensor delivers precise and reliable measured values. In saturated steam applications, a special reference probe ensures a density-independent measurement. The VEGAFLEX 86 offers an economical level and interface measurement for your application.
Your benefit
- The guided adjustment enables a simple, time-saving and reliable setup
- Shortenable probes offer a simple standardisation and highest flexibility in the planning
- Comprehensive diagnostic possibilities ensure a maintenance-free operation and hence a high plant availability
VEGAPASS 81
Application area
The combination of VEGAPASS 81 with VEGAFLEX enables a continuous level measurement outside the vessel. The bypass consists of a standpipe which is mounted as communicating vessel laterally to the vessel via two process fittings. This kind of mounting ensures that the level in the standpipe and the vessel are the same.
VEGAPULS 21
Compact radar sensor for continuous level measurement
For standard measuring tasks, plastic housing IP66/IP67, Type 4X
Application area
4 ... 20 mA/HART output, measuring range up to 20 m, accuracy ±2 mm, Ex approval optional
VEGAPULS 21 is the ideal sensor for non-contact level measurement of liquids and bulk solids in simple applications. It is particularly suitable for use in water treatment, storage tanks with acids, lyes and additives in all industrial areas, or for measuring levels in plastic tanks from the outside through the tank wall. In bulk solids the sensors are used in small bulk solids silos or open containers.
Your benefit
- Exact measurement results independent of medium properties and process conditions
- Maintenance-free operation due to non-contact 80 GHz radar technology
- High accuracy and reliability
VEGAPULS 42
Compact radar sensor for continuous level measurement
For simple to moderate measurement tasks in factory automation
